Supplemental terms and conditions
These Supplemental terms and conditions (“Supplemental Terms”) are in addition to and supplement the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) that you accepted. All terms with the initial letters capitalised will have the same meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless otherwise specified in these Supplemental Terms.
Regulatory Configuration Service (“RCS”) provides the configuration and deployment for various regulatory services (“regulatory services”) such as Electronic Invoicing Add-in.
Use of the regulatory services requires an active service and support or subscription agreement (e.g., Enhancement Plan or Software Assurance) with Microsoft for the Microsoft Dynamics on-premises software or online service that your organisation is using with the regulatory services.
RCS is excluded from the SLAs and all limited warranties provided in the Agreement.
The Azure geographic location (“geo”) for RCS may be different to the selected geo for your Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications which may result in the transfer of customer data outside of the geo selected for that application. For more information see the technical documentation. Local data requirements apply to use of RCS and the regulatory services in Russia. Review possible options for acquiring and operating Microsoft online services.
By clicking “I accept”, I agree my organisation has, or will promptly obtain, an active service and support or subscription agreement (such as Enhancement Plan or Software Assurance) with Microsoft for continued use of the regulatory services. Microsoft may (1) verify my organisation’s licence compliance according to the agreement for the applicable Microsoft Dynamics software or online service; and (2) terminate my (and my organisation’s) access to the regulatory services, at any time, if my organisation does not have an active service and support or subscription agreement with Microsoft. Late renewals will result in lapse fees being applied.
